Oruc Gives Invited Talk at CEWIT 2009

Professor Yavuz Oruc gave an invited talk at the Center of Excellence in Wireless and Information Technology (CEWIT) 2009 Conference on Thursday, October 1, 2009 at SUNY Stony Brook in Marriott Islandia, NY. The theme of this year's conference was "Wireless and IT: Driving Healthcare, Energy, and Infrastructure Transformation."

The title of Prof. Oruc's talk was "Quantum Packet Switching: A New Paradigm for Congestion-Free Packet Traffic." The material presented in the talk will be published in a regular article in a forthcoming issue of IEEE Transactions in Computers coauthored by ECE Ph.D. student Manish Shukla and Prof. Oruc.
