Liu Delivers Keynote at IEEE Conference on Communications

Prof. K. J. Ray Liu (ECE/ISR) delivered a keynote on May 23, 2008 at the IEEE International Conference on Communications’ (ICC 2008) Workshop on Cooperative Communications and Networking, in Beijing, China. The title of the talk was “Toward A New Communication Paradigm via Cooperation.”
