Alumnus Syrmos Promoted to Executive Director of OAEE

ECE alumnus Dr. George Syrmos, a 1990 Ph.D. graduate in electrical engineering, has been promoted to Executive Director of the Clark School’s Office of Advanced Engineering Education (OAEE).

Syrmos, who has previously served as Director of the Clark School’s Professional Master of Engineering (ENPM) Program, started his new position July 1. As Executive Director, Syrmos oversees the ENPM program, the Graduate Certificate in Engineering (GCEN) Program, as well as the Clark School’s online programs.
