Electrical and Computer Engineering Professors Min Wu (ECE/ISR/UMIACS), Sennur Ulukus (ECE/ISR) and Bruce Jacob (ECE/ISR) have all been promoted to the rank of full Professor. Professor Martin Peckerar, who already held the rank of Professor, has been approved for tenure at that rank. Professor Nuno Martins (ECE/ISR) has been promoted to Associate Professor with tenure. These appointments have been approved by President Wallace Loh, effective July 1, 2011.
"I ask all of our fellow faculty in ECE to join me in congratulating our colleagues for reaching these significant milestones in their careers," said ECE Department Chair Patrick O'Shea. "We look forward to having them as colleagues for many years to come."
