Liu Named Fellow of the Academy of Excellence in Teaching and Learning

Prof. K. J. Ray Liu

Dr. K. J. Ray Liu, ECE Associate Chair for Graduate Studies and Research and Professor (ECE/ISR), was selected to become a Fellow of the Academy of Excellence in Teaching and Learning (AETL) at the University of Maryland, starting Fall 2007.

AETL was created in November 2000 by a faculty-led initiative to build a community of scholars committed to fostering a culture of excellence in teaching and learning. The group serves as an advisory body to the Provost and the campus leadership on a broad range of issues pertaining to teaching and learning, promoting scholarly dialogues, innovative projects, and educational excellence and scholarship. Ray Liu joins a group of 33 AETL Fellows, including Professor Anthony Ephremides (ECE/ISR).
