Welcome to my homepage! My name is Nathan Siwak. I am currently a graduate student at the University of Maryland working in the MEMS Sensors and Actuators Lab under the supervision of Reza Ghodssi. My research centers around III-V optical MEMS integrated into monolithic chemical sensing systems. This is my fifth year as an Electrical Engineering graduate student with the MEMS Sensors and Actuators Lab, and I graduated with my Masters degree in 2007 and I am currently working on finishing my PhD.
