These files are library files for Spice and PSpice for using MOSIS fabricated transistors [last modified on 11/26/01 to include AMI 0.5u transistors (see end of page); RWN]

The following are for transistors to be fabricated in VLSI. Updated 03/23/98 using data compiled by W. Lawler to handle 1.2 micron and smaller technologies as well as the old 2.0 micron ones (which are useful for educational calculations); bsim models also added.
The following are data and schematic files for installation .

In PSpice the data file is installed using the menu Analysis/Library and the schematics file is installed using the menu Options/Editor_Configuration. In Spice one can concatenate the .model parts needed from bicmos12.lib with the circuit file or call the whole file by a .INCLUDE bicmos12.lib statement.

Added at the end are bsim3 files for the AMI 0.5u proceess
