How to keep shape?
This is an issue that has been bothering millions of people around the
world. I, myself have been struggling with this for almost half of my life
journey so far. Here I would like to summrize what I have been through and
how I feel about this subject in general.
First of all, you need to have a strong determination if you are already a
little bit overweight. There is no reason for a normal person to be
overweight unless there is something that is considered *not normal*, from
irregular eating habits, low metablism, stress, etc.
The four most important things about losing and keeping a good shape
are:
Eating
Drinking
Exercising
Sleeping
