My overall research interest is the physics of integrated circuits: Interconnect network modeling, thermal effects including integrated heating and cooling, on-chip inductor and transformer modeling... I am also interested in the state-of-the-art in three-dimensional integration and how chip physics is adapted. I have also done work on self-powering, system-level design, sensor circuits and engineering education.
