Manuscripts submitted to Problems of Information Transmission should be prepared following usual standards for scientific papers. Preferred submission language is Russian; however if this presents problems, a manuscript in English will also be considered. Cover letter should indicate clearly the corresponding author and contact information. Manuscripts may be submitted by e-mail and regular mail.
