Just in time for Halloween, Associate Professor Timothy Horiuchi (ECE/ISR) was interviewed on the radio about his research, which is aimed at simulating the capabilities of echolocating bats in micromachines. Reporter Randy Atkins of Federal News Radio on WTOP managed to include a reference to "Frankenstein" in the same interview.
