Mohammed Ali Eslami
Mohammed Eslami is an Electrical Engineer at the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in Silver Spring, MD and a contracted Research Associate with the University of Maryland (UMD). He received his B.S and Ph.D degrees in Electrical Engineering from the UMD. His current research at the FDA involves developing a wireless coexistence test standard focusing on applications for medical devices that operate in the unlicensed ISM bands as well as automating electromagnetic compatibility tests of medical devices from various interferers. His research at the UMD involves developing the next generation smart surveillance system for high-way traffic surveillance.
