The scanning probe laboratory is for probing the nanometer scale devices by a conductive atomic force microscope. The homemade microscope works at 300K, 77K, and 4.2K. We design and fabricate the scanning head by ourselves, and the electronics are commercial systems by Omicron (STM only) and RHK (for either STM or AFM).
