Quantum Devices Laboratory
In the quantum devices laboratory, we carry out routine
electrical characterizations at 4.2K. Major equipment:
- HP4142B
semiconductor parameter analyzer, for dc measurements, with a current resolution
of sub-pA, and the voltage sweeping resolution
of 0.1mV
- Lock
in amplifiers for ac characterization at low frequencies
- Superconducting
magnet up to 9 tesla, controlled by a current
programmer
