The United Youth Movement (UYM) is a student group at the University of Maryland, College Park, dedicated to promoting critical analysis and free thought in order to inspire curiosity and engagement beyond the classroom. In accordance with this mission, we will be hosting a presentation from the founder of Architects and Engineers for 911 Truth’s Richard Gage, followed by a panel discussion featuring University of Maryland former architecture dean and current professor Garth Rockcastle. This event will be held 7 p.m. Wednesday, September 12th, at Nyumburu Cultural Center on the University of Maryland College Park, campus.

The 11th Anniversary of the September 11th 2001 attacks marks one of our country’s darkest moments in modern times, and we believe that a transparent, and thorough facts-based analysis of the events of 911 is the most important way to prevent a tragedy like this from ever occurring again. It is our duty as a high-standing academic institution to provide a platform where compelling and controversial topics can be discussed and debated in context of history, science, and logic. This will be an eye-opening event that you definitely don't want to miss!
