At Northrop Grumman, we've developed the Future Technical Leaders Program (FTLP) - a recruiting and professional development opportunity aimed at identifying and investing in Northrop Grumman's next generation of visionary technologists. In this forward-thinking program, selected individuals will spend three years working on a variety of projects. From the technically innovative to the socially significant, candidates will experience an intriguing scope of projects. These on-the-job assignments will be supported through specialized training, networking opportunities and mentoring by experts in the field. And, senior management visibility will be unmatched. Acceptance into the FTLP is a privilege for which only a select few will be invited. Once selected, participants can expect to receive strong personal attention as we help them to strengthen their aptitude. In return, we expect their best. For some, the FTLP may be the first career step in a series of esteemed Northrop Grumman development programs. Others may take a different path. And, only those who continue to excel will have the potential to become one of our next generation of technical and thought leaders.

Launching an advanced surveillance satellite to monitor the environment. Creating a citywide high-speed wireless network. Designing more effective navigation systems for commercial aircraft. Achievements like these are the lifeblood of working with Northrop Grumman, and as we continue to grow, we remain committed to addressing the national and local issues that affect the communities in which we operate and live. We believe in preparing for the future, which is why we sponsor community outreach programs with such goals as inspiring students to pursue careers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.

By partnering with universities like University of Maryland, College Park and offering company-wide mentoring, we’re fostering a breadth of perspectives to power our world-class aerospace and defense projects. Perspectives like yours. As a new graduate, beginning your career with Northrop Grumman affords you the exciting opportunity to join an organization with diverse technologies, customers, and locations across the country.
