1) London 2012 Olympics Opening Ceremony Watch Party

  • What: ECEGSA will be hosting a summer olympics opening ceremony watch party, where all ECE students are welcome to come and enjoy the opening ceremony along with fellow students. Take advantage of this opportunity to liven up your Friday and start off your weekend in a spectacular fashion, with plenty of socializing around sports and other talking points.
  • Where: ISR 1146 AVW Board Room

2) ECEGSA Summer Picnic

  • What: Come Join us for a day of fun, grilling, hiking trails and boating at Lake Needwood in Rockville MD.
  • Where: Starting point at AV Williams, Paint Branch Drive, College Park, MD
  • When: Saturday, July 21, 2012 from 10 AM to 6 PM

3) ECEGSA Summer Dinner

  • What: Come hang out with your peers as we go out to dinner in the College Park area on Thursday 6/28/12 at 6:30PM.
    ~Estimated cost: You pay for what you eat + tip.
    Bring your friends as this event is open to everyone!

4) ECEGSA Homecoming Event

  • What: ECEGSA is planning on holding an event for the UMD Homecoming game vs Clemson University on 10/15/2011 at 7PM. Please get your ticket requests in at tickets.umd.edu by 10/4, If you don't get a ticket you are still welcome to enjoy in the festivities however you might not be able to get into the game.

    If you don't understand the rules of Football, come to our seminar on 10/14/2011 about American Football where we go over the rules and how the game is played. Thanks again!
