The goal of the Computing Facilities Help Desk team is to provide direction, support, leadership, and guidance for all the computing needs of the faculty, staff, and students of the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department and the Institute for Systems Research as we attempt to establish and maintain state of the art computing resources while providing customer satisfaction through prompt response, accurate problem resolution, and courteous service.
