Graduate Student Aid & Scholarships

Through the generosity of alumni, industry partners and friends of the university, the A. James Clark School of Engineering offers engineering scholarships to talented undergraduate engineering students. This is a competitive scholarship program. Scholarship awards are made on the basis of merit and/or financial need.

We highly recommend that all students complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) by the February 15 University of Maryland priority deadline.

Applications are also being accepted for the Warren Citrin Graduate Fellowships for Entrepreneurial Engineering Studies. Please visit http://www.mtech.umd.edu/citrin/ for more details.

Graduate students are also eligible for funding and assistantships. See graduate funding for more information.
