Corporate Affiliates Program

The Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering's Corporate Affiliates Program is designed to promote mutually beneficial relationships between the Department and Industry. These relationships foster communication, synergy, collaboration, and mutual gain through greater knowledge and understanding of each organization's strengths and needs. The Department gains an industry view of current real-world technical issues and companies gain a closer connection to our research as well as greater access to our faculty and students. The Corporate Affiliates Program helps all stakeholders develop a better vision of the future.

Membership in the Corporate Affiliates Program offers many benefits to participants, including preferential scheduling for on-site recruiting, free participation in our annual ECE Career Fair, invitations to special campus events, special access to faculty and research previews, increased exposure to students and company visibility on campus, signage on our Corporate Wall in the A.V. Williams Building, and more.

For more information regarding the Corporate Affiliates Program, please contact Ted Knight, Director of Public Relations, at (301)405-3596 or by email: teknight@umd.edu.
