Walk-in Advising Hours & Appointments

Scheduling Appointments

Please schedule an appointment using our website service (https://advising.ece.umd.edu) or by contacting the ECE Office of Undergraduate Studies by phone (301-405-3685) or in person for an appointment with one of the professional advising staff. For a list of the advisors see Advising Staff and Contact Information. (We ask that you do not email requests for appointments. The lag-time between requests, responses, and confirmations too often proves excessively time-consuming.)

Senior Audits

Any senior who is graduating in the spring semester must set-up an appointment with an advisor do a senior audit. Advisors will not be conducting audits during walk-in hours.

Office of Undergraduate Advising & Academic Support

Advisors in the College Office of Undergraduate Advising and Academic Support (OUAAS) are available for advising on a walk-in basis. Please visit their website for availability and contact information. OUAAS handles special exceptions to College and University policies, permission to enroll in courses at other institutions, and more.

Walk-in Advising Hours
Walk-in advising for the Fall 2013 semester will be from September 3rd-16th, 2013, from 9am-12pm, excluding weekends.
