Ph.D. Qualifying Exam Registration Form

The spring 2012 qualifying exam will occur on Monday, January 23, 2012 in the Computer Science Instructional Center, room 1115. Check-in procedures will begin at 8:45 am. The exam will begin at 9:00 am and end at 12:45 pm. More information will be provided to registrants as the date approaches.

Eligible students can register for the exam by completing this form by January 3, 2012.
