I am currently a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Electrical and Computer
Engineering, University of Maryland. I expect to graduate in August 2008. My research adviser is Prof. Min Wu. I am
working on various problems related to information security and multimedia

page. In summer of 2006, I worked with the Mobile and Media Systems Lab at Hewlett Packard, Palo Alto, CA, on projects related to Digital Rights Management and developed a content distribution model. From June to August 2007, I worked with Microsft Research Labs in Redmond, WA. I previously graduated from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras with a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering. I also served as the President of Academic
Affairs in the ECE Graduate Student Association. During my tenure, ECEGSA won the Golden Geese award for the best student organization on campus.
